Yes I you can apply if you have a fATPL!!! People I am a PPL and I understand the requirements they are pretty easy, look the web is like the CAE type rating!!!
Ryanair needs and will need a lot of pilots, 180 B738 coming in the following 5 years as well as 200 MAX between 2019-2024!! For this reason apart from CAE they will use CTC as they have a B737-800 FFS level D!!!
Of course the CTC cadets will have priority among the others!!!
