Perhaps I misread it, but the profit share info on the portal says that in order to receive it, you must still be employed on the date any PS is paid out (within notice period is considered as still employed) but if your last day was before payout, bupkiss?
It's the same with backdated pay raises in airlines, they only apply if you still work there. Imagine if they had to pay every employee who'd ever worked there.... don't think that's gonna happen!
