"Nozzles/throttles restricted"? There are hundreds of aircraft which aren't necessarily airworthy but aren't so modified. Many of them would make a much bigger hole than a Harrier. What's so special about it that it needs the ANO re-writing?
FWIW there's one in private hands on the U.S. display circuit...as well as two Mig 29's
