ScottC95; I appreciate the extend you've gone sharing your experiences but I'm sure BA understands why they decide to throw that test at a certain stage of the assessment day. So, I wouldn't discussed the management of the assessment day because quite frankly if one manages the day well (fair balance) they have an advantage, so no secrets!
