Its completely off the cards with EI, KLM (stupidly) only allows 2 codeshares per country/airline. (Don't know which). So its up to KLM and they haven't been known for their rapid expansion since merging with AF.
If Ryanair ever get into AMS, I'd say Shannon would be one of its first routes.
I do think it would be a profitable route for someone on the right size aircraft, I just don't see anybody launching one to AMS soon, as has been said due to who deals with/owns who etc.
