It's hard to see who would operate it.
There are good reasons why Aer Lingus and KLM wouldn't, while Ryanair don't fly to Amsterdam (although I wouldn't rule out Eindhoven).
Transavia seem the only real option, but they would be completely dependent on point to point traffic and aren't really known in Ireland, which couldn't help them.
Any pax from the south west heading to AMS will already be going via ORK or DUB with EI, who have the code share with KLM, who along with AF own Transavia. Can't see it happening due that.
