Thanks for doing the list.
AFAIK no-one minds, no-one usually does it, anyone can do anything, and most people wait for someone else to do it, or like me wouldn't have a clue where they're supposed to put up this list anyway. BRL puts up stickies and moves posts around and stuff like that, and the rest of us do what we feel like. Organised chaos. Seems to work rather well though, doesn't it?
