The Barcelona figures are worrying and have to be the result of a reduction in flights compared with previously. I believe that there were up to eight to ten flights a week at one time and passenger numbers were good.
easyJet have reduced the service down to four a week at present and I wonder what is actually going on. Are we soon to be told that 'owing to operational reasons', or 'insufficient passenger numbers.' etc. etc.? I certainly hope not.
Looking ahead. I am also keeping an eye on the Venice route. Arriving in Venice towards the end of the day can be stressful when trying to seek out one's hotel in the gloom.
