Further to my last, regarding pitch and power settings, if you look carefully, you'll note a trend. Within a small N1 RPM range, the practical power settings for all configurations are much the same. i.e. the RPM for level flight clean is only a couple of % different to Flaps 5 level, a touch less for F20/gear down, down the slope and then a few % more for F30 ion final.

Note that, at those RPM settings, there is very little thrust lever movement between the highest and least-required power settings. Practically, set the thrust for clean and add 2% (barely a tweak) for each of F1 and F5, and a touch more for F30.

In other words, once you have the thrust to suit your configuration, only minor adjustments are required to keep the speed in the ballpark with further changes.
