Thomson have confirmed Aruba will be back for summer 2016.
A former American work colleague was very keen on Aruba, and that was back in the 1980's! I must say MAN now has a good range of long haul destinations with TOM and TCX to Mexico and the Caribbean.
I see from Travel News weekly that for summer 2016 BHX will have a new l/h to Dominican Republic plus 4 other new short/medium haul routes, and LBA get a couple of new routes with TOM. With the airline already serving such a wide variety of destinations from MAN, perhaps our best hope is for increased frequencies on some of those routes.
