Show me flexibility within the rostering system with less constraints, at zero cost.
Show me ALL of my leave as We have been told when We joined.
Show me appropriate costs of living salary increases.
Show me the appropriate level of profit share when we post record profits.
Show me adequate accommodation policies.
AND I'll show you a place I'm excited to show up to work; This would make it attractive again as it was 10 years ago...
