They have a contract to operate for CityJet until the end of the summer season. Nothing official about what happens after that, but there are strong indications this will not be renewed. CityJet was certainly quick to ditch VLM in CWL as soon as they could.
VLM has three F50's still in the CityJet livery (OO-VLI, OO-VLL and OO-VLN). They mainly operate to ANR, RTM, NTE and to a lesser degree to ORY as well. Nothing really stops them from using a VLM liveried plane on a CityJet route, but I'd guess that as both brands are increasingly going their own separate ways this is getting less and less obvious.
