What I will say in response is that BA and other airlines may train in Spain, but you can't compare that to what I'm saying, since they would train THEIR pilots who start with them on an integrated course from scratch. So in other words I would imagine that they carefully craft and monitor their courses so that it doesn't really matter where they are being conducted.
