I don't think it is, have seen them do a few charters out of Cambridge but nothing to suggest they still have an aircraft based there. They used to of course, operating for Cityjet, but those flights have ended in October of last year. So I guess it's just outdated information.
As far as I can tell, VLM currently has 12 aircraft of which 3 are still in Cityjet colors and 2 are chartered by Vizion Air out of Antwerp.
One (currently OO-VLQ) is based in Guernsey, operating for Aurigny, but that contract seems to be ending by the end of this week. Flights out of Rotterdam started this morning and it looks like one F50 will be based there, with one in Waterford from the 27th and one in Liege from early May. So that's four bases for now (ANR, WAT, RTM, LGG).
