no need for an AOC for the first one, so long as they are seperate transactions.
If the aircraft is being rented, it would be likely that it is already operated under an AOC. The holder of that AOC might not be eager about that use of the aircraft, so keep the two transactions very far apart from each other. I think that the toothbrush idea is best...
