Hi guys,
For Peru you'll need a proper DGAC license AND you gotta go threw the hole process again CPL IFR theory exam, flight test, ICAO language skill etc etc.
In addition to this you'll need:
-a work permit or
PR with 2 years at least living in the country.
-or get married with a peruvian
A lot of paper work to get done, it took me about 6 months with the
PR.
