the worst thing is that government has falsified report to cover their own a$$es and stated that pilots on duty were drunk (!!), for the PIC(who by all accounts didn't drink alcohol at all) the BAC level 0.063 after 3-4 hours of flight (urine level 0.131!!) which would mean he took off with higher than 0.15 BAC(?!), yupp that's Serbia for you...
so professional rotorheads, is it even possible to take off, fly at night at very bad weather, land to take the baby, take off again all that with such a high BAC flying an old Mi17?
