Sponsorship/CEP - Why
Peeps,
Something that's always puzzled me, and I'm sure some one will clear the light on this one, but why do all the airlines keep going in for sponsorship/CEP etc?
Are there not enough CPL/IR's via the self sponsorship route? Surely if there where, this would be more cost effective, unless the quality of the applicant is not up to their standard.
Someone enlighten me please.
