There is a place for airing dirty laundry if people wish for things to be changed, a public Internet forum is not that place.
You've an axe to grind about Jet2, where of course you work. If you're not happy, I am sure there are plenty of other airlines out there where you can work - so why exactly haven't you made the move? As pug says, there are plenty of flight crew who are very passionate about what they do, and whether you like it or not Sean, there are people (who you have probably worked alongside) at Jet2 who feel just the same. I am in no doubt that there are many pilots who'd love to have your job...
