Let's see.
Most of the flying done will have to be on a argentinian registered aircraft, and for that you will need an argentinian CPL. Most countries will not convert a commercial or ATP License into a Commercial or ATP, they will go straight to PPL. Most countries require work permits in order to be able to fly and get commercial licenses. If indeed you find a canadian registered aircraft flying in Argentina and they are willing to help you with the work permit then yes, otherwise a big no-no
