Seems a bit crazy to have two Glasgow departures on a Sunday so close together - 5pm & 9pm. Are they expecting a lot of Glaswegians spending the weekend?
Can someone also answer me why Bmth-Glasgow always seems to be on airline radars but Bmth-Edinburgh is forgotten about basically? Every other airport in England sees stronger traffic to Edinburgh, so not sure why this comes about.
Euroscot, Gill Airways, Palmair (announced but never went on sale), Buzz (on sale but never operated), Ryanair double daily... Long list of airlines trying the route. I think APD needs to go to help this route work in the long-run and to compete better with the train.
