I If you have the cash, you can buy and fly any helicopter you like and since you have the $$ for that, you probably don't even need insurance.
The sky is the limit and that is the beauty of aviation in the US. However, there is always Part 91.13! If anything goes wrong, you will need all that cash for your lawyers.
