The main question - do you have a European work permit? Or green card to US?
Or do you have VERY GOOD contacts, that will fix you a visa?

No flight school in Europe or US will bother obtaining you visa, as there are more then enough instructors domestically. With experience, whom they can just hire. No need to do all the paperwork and take responsibility.
