As far as I know, EI-REL and REM are both staying with BE at SEN. They are non standard in the EIR fleet (all 600s) so with only one in use at a time, there will always be a spare aircraft ready so there will be no need to rush one out from DUB in the event of a tech fault.

Stobart Air's Fleet:

ATR 42

EI-CBK - Aer Lingus Regional
EI-EHH - Formerly CityJet, soon to be Aer Lingus Regional

ATR 72-200

EI-REH - Stobart/Aer Lingus Regional spare
EI-REI - CityJet

ATR 72-500

EI-REL/REM - Flybe (one in use and one spare)

ATR 72-600

All - Aer Lingus Regional

I have to say, EI-REI looks very good in it's new colours. On EI-EHH, they didn't bother repainting the exit surrounds from green, but they have done this time.
