Expressflight - the new restaurant will be located in the airside departures extension to the right of the down escalators after security. I understand it will be a hot food restaurant and bar operated by the existing food caterers and the current airside snack bar will remain open as well.
I was also told that the business lounge upstairs was to be extended into the Lakers Bar which will become defunct when the new bar opens.
It will then be looking like a "real" departure lounge at last. i hope they reduce the bar prices as Lakers prices are very expensive even for airport departure lounges.
