I think that is a pretty obvious comment when the major operator caters for sunshine routes on it's summer timetable.
The six month contract is odd. How can you run a professional operation if you use inexperienced staff? Think about it, after the person starts how long would it take for him/her to actually become proficient? So what would service levels be like when they all kick off en-masse? Strange thought....
