They are looking for jet rated pilots atm since they ****** up their recruitment a few years back (too many 200hrs kids...ah...some are even MPL kids with less than 200hrs); therefore KA wants suitable candidates who can upgrade quickly.
But you are definitely the right candidate in regards to your origin - they love expats who are willing to work on local terms (about a 40% pay difference).
