It would seem our "learned friend" er340790 should keep to his Jet Blast site of PPRuNe as of today I have never read anything of gravitas that he has spilt ink on.
I agree with the moniker "Hater Internet Troll" and wish he could have a wall around his pedestrian postings!
Oh forgot to mention the MacLean's article is about airlines in general not specific to any so he tends to be "selective" in his facts
