The company has decided to strengthen our current procedures in and due to recent events. The flight deck shall from now on always be occupied by at least two crew members at all times on all flights with passengers onboard.
The following changes are applicable with immediate effect and will be incorporated into the next revision of the .
Flight Crew Positions
2. Absence from Station
During take-off and landing flight crew members shall be at their stations. A flight crew member shall not leave his station without permission from the PIC, in which cases it shall only be for shorter periods and for physiological or safety reasons. If possible, this should only be done during level cruise. In such cases another crew member shall be present on the flight deck. Exception to this rule is flights without passengers onboard. A flight crew member shall not vacate his seat below 10 000 feet for the purpose of transferring duties to another flight crew member, e.g. during operation with augmented crew.

Flight Deck Door Security Procedure
Pilot Leaving the Flight Deck
If one of the pilots needs to leave the flight deck, another crew member shall be present in the flight deck (ref. ). In the case where a CCM will be present in the flight deck the pilots shall coordinate this with the CCM prior to the pilot leaving.
When cabin crew gives the “” signal, the pilot leaving the flight deck shall open the door, exit the flight deck, let the CCM in and close the door. The pilot remaining on the flight deck shall verify that the door is locked.
When the pilot returns, he/she shall check that the area between row 1 and the flight deck door is clear, request to enter the flight deck via the interphone, provide the "" call out when the area is verified to be secure, and approach the flight deck door. If the area is verified secure, the flight deck door shall be opened, the other crew member shall leave and the pilot shall enter the flight deck and lock the door.

E comunque nella mia precedente compagnia Italiana, già dal disastro delle Torri, si usava questa procedura...un flight deck crew usciva un cabin crew entrava....
