LOL. No, I'm normally up front on business trips, but settle for the back on personal trips unless I can get a free upgrade... sadly, I lost my Aeroplan status last year, so don't get those any more

Yeah, I checked their customer contact info on the web site, but they only have a phone number for 9-5 weekdays, and no email. Have to see if I can find a time to call them.
