I agree with 888 100% about your ignorant posting, I endure similar conversations with non-aviation friends who think a noce cabin/friendly cew is all that it takes.
So why shouldn't an informed customer weigh up all those criteria that are important to them, and assess that the likelihood of coming unglued and not being saved by additional crew training over and above whatever is required to get approval to operate throughout the majority of the aviation world
Are you really posing as an "informed customer"? What qualifies you to be this? Mate, if you even had an inkling of what goes on in AirAsia's flight decks (I could add several other carriers who friends laud for their "wonderful cabin service" as well), then you wouldn't touch them with a proverbial barge pole.
