The house and garden is NOT for free, it's part of the renumination package, and you have obviously not dealt with the accommodation department in EK.
When I came here 4 years ago for the interview I was shown a lovely villa in a nice part of Dubai, thatīs what I sold to the wife. Arriving here we got placed in what should not be described as anything less than a dump, with zero possibility of moving to another location, even though people arriving after me got allocated houses similar to what was shown in the HR tour...
