I would guess the flybe guys success is more a result of the high standards and quality of training that flybe guys possess, rather than which aircraft they fly.
You'd be surprised, some (not
all of course) have moved to other airlines from other JEA/Flybe types and have struggled/failed. The Dash really does prepare one well for the move to jet types.
