Maan this thread is actually working very good, let's leave it as it is.
It says years in service, enough.
Age/what you would get now etc are irrelevant, and what you'd get now is extremely changable with aviation cycles (pretty sure they weren't offering 250.000 dollars in China 15 years ago..).
Good (fixed) roster pattern possibly with no red eyes flying, lots of leave, as much NET money as possible, good base and aircraft is what counts. And we have all these info. All the rest is talk.
