The problem with this kind of questionnaire is the misleading fact that it only shows the conditions of people employed, some of them for many years.

Yes STW, and additionally I think it would be very useful to also include age and total number of years working as a pilot in the survey.
I can imagine that many young pilots in their 20's working for some p.o.s. P2T/P4F airline will still indicate that they're happy, but it does not accurately reflect the true state of the industry.
