Let's hope the existing Airport Terminal doesn't emerge as "Poundland" anytime soon. The airport needs aviation related investment ideally and not just turning into some huge industrial or retail park through this Enterprise Zone initiative.
Fingers crossed some type of aviation maintenance or service industries can be attracted with this "Enterprise" incentive , however for the companies that stayed put and supported the airport when the chips were down , lets hope they can get some benefit as well.....
