Glacier Pilot. I Have never seen 4 periods of 4 days off on my roster; that must be the marketing department. Total days off through the month about 9 to 10 on average with usually 2 between 5 flights for a block between 95-99 hrs per month. That's more realistic, though it is expected to worsen if you believe the grapevine.
