Let me start by saying at this point in my career I do not believe in fairy dust and magic beans, I'm signing up for a 5 year FO slot on the 767. Anything that may happen above that would be neat, otherwise, this is what I'm coming on board for. I plan on seeing the contract thru to the end, and possibly more. Since the topic of leaving mid contract is up, are many of the AJX pilots(specifically American) actively applying to, mainline carriers eg AA United, Delta, FedEx, UPS?
