Aileron droop it's all here even if you take the briefest of interest in these forums. The A330/340 fleet ends up doing all the night turnarounds to India and Pakistan and hence the lifestyle, rosters and quality of life on this fleet is substantially below what you would find on the A380.
You now need 2500 Hours Jet above 50 Tonnes MTOW including 1500 Hours on Airbus aircraft for Direct Entry A380. However as has been said you are joining the company not necessarily a particular fleet so you could end up on an A330 course after meeting all the requirements for the A380 and being offered that position.
