The only individuals in this airline, responsible and accountable for anything, sit in the front of and maintain, the hardware. Anyone else, is a complete f*****g waste of space. Once you understand that, incompetence becomes not only the norm but sadly, the expected.
Individuals promoted beyond their abilities and protected by an equally inept management.
