can't see the point of this process?
It is so Turkish TRE's can sign off EASA licence holders in the Sim. The EASA pilots can only have EASA TRE's do the paperwork, (Turkish Licence holders are not accepted) and there are very few of them.
By the way... none of the Turkish pilots who got an Irish Licence have an address in Ireland
