I recently went to the information desk upstairs in T1 for some information (Stupid of me really).. .Needless to say for my comfort and convenience it wasn't manned but for my comfort and convenience there was a courtesy phone with a number to ring, which (you've probably guessed) for my comfort and convenience wasn't answered. It was mid afternoon.. .Does the expression 'all gloss no substance' come to mind?
