To clarify my earlier response:

If you already have an ICAO licence you would be just better to get a Validation of your ICAO licence. That would entail doing Air Law and maybe 2 others (cannot remember from memory).

To do all 14 exams, you would be better doing them in Europe and actually getting an EASA licence which at least has value in Europe.

If you do the 14 exams in Turkey, it will add zero value if you wanted to work with a company that requires an EASA licence. The Turkish Licence is NOT EASA.

I have heard there are some Turkish ATPL holders that have concerted their licences to an Irish Licence. Personally I think this is a money grab and viewed dimly by other EASA states, as Turkey is not an EU member.
