That's really most reassuring to hear.
Argument being the WG, CWL or a private airline, this case being Flybe would not dare engage in illegal activities.
If you like, I can give you a list of the airports, airlines and states that have over the last few years been found to have engaged in illegal state aid practices. Were they more daring? Ill-informed? Or just desperate?
But could you perhaps share with us some details of the funding structure, in order that the rest of us might be able to share your firm conviction?
