Professional advice needed
Hi I'm 30 years old and looking to change profession and become a first officer,I have already located a place i can get a job to start but i don't know the steps of what to do from beginning,I was born in the seychelles the country where i would like to become a first officer on these
3 DHC6 Twin Otter Series 400 Turboprop,
3 DHC6 Twin Otters Series 300 Turboprops,
1 Shorts 360-300 Turboprop.
And the initial requirement for these

Airline hires Local / National Pilots for its Turboprop Domestic Operations (only local citizens). Requirements: CPL, ME IR 200 hours.
I live in uk and have enough funds to start a flight school so funds is not a problem,I can take my studies in uk but since i wanna return home i was looking to start a career down this path.
Please advise which school and what needed and length process will take to achieve this.
