a massive leap though to go from a short run of charters to any long term scheduled service.
The report does include this though:
"These flights form part of a long-term plan aimed at scheduled flights from China to Birmingham".
Of course, it does say "long-term" but it's not unreasonable to ask whether this affects MAN in the great China scheme of things.
