Left years ago as have many others. However I will have a flight with them later this year down to East Africa with a London based client who will not use ME3, or Kenyan, as he "likes to fly the flag". So in November I will be in T5 having a nosey to see if they have improved, and later in Nairobery hopefully with bags !.
