Add to that that you will not have any leave the first year and only 20 days after that up to 6 years. Not to talk of the basic human rights violating sick leave procedures ( you have to get a medical report even if you are about to die) and related salary cuts. The company is a real disaster .Just as good as the Turks, mostly just out of their barracks, wit their limited and quite harsh and basic understanding of life (and in many cases of aviation.. let alone the its official idiom) deserves it..
