So, another KLM situation? Did MAG not learn that bad publicity is....wait for it...bad publicity?
Was it the pilot's fault, handlers fault, Air France's fault or the airport's fault? For certain these unfortunate passengers will now have strong feelings about (1) flying Air France and (2) Manchester!!! They've probably forgot about the 4 hour wait for de-icer in JFK!
What harm dipping into the multi-million profit and feeding 500 passengers? A tenner a head?
MAG could have been a saviour and ended up part of the problem, again.
