To deal with BA you need to have facts to hand .
Compare your remuneration with the Engineers of the major european competitors LH , AF etc if you are below market rate you will have the support of most people .
The problem with BA is that it employs too many people and pay a large proportion of them above the market rate . I doubt if engineers will fall into this category .
